- iLaw Service Pack 36 - Nov 2010
With the Family element of the standard contract delayed until further notice, Service Pack 36 introduces the proposed October 2010 changes a month later without the Phase 2 Family Private Representation and advocacy fixed fees. The key introduction for Providers of Civil, Family and Immigration work is the requirement to submit location detail about each case reported by selecting a Procurement Area and Access point code. The Civil module has a number of changes for reporting work and more work types which are now tolerance barred. The Crime module includes the amendments to the Litigators fee scheme for requirements on the revised LF1.
The delay to the Family element of the Standard Contract also means the changes to Family forms have not been implemented in SP36. The implementation date of the new AF1 form which will replace the Advocated Graduated 5144F claim has also been moved back and is currently scheduled for introduction in January 2011.
