GradFees 8.1 is the latest version of our AGFS calculator software. It saves you the hassle of understanding the Advocates Graduated Fee scheme claiming rules or preparing a hand-written claim for higher rights work at the crown court.

GradFees can be incorporated as part of your iLaw installation or it can be installed as standalone software - so you don't need any of our other software in place to use it. GradFees can be networked across your office allowing you to have more than one person entering graduated fee claims for more than one advocate.

GradFees 8.1 has been updated to calculate and produce the claims in accordance with Scheme 8 that is appllicable to matters that have a representation order date on or after 3 October 2011. It will also produce the AF1 v4 for claims made from 1 February 2012.

• Calculate the right fees for the work entered
• Apply 38 pages of scheme guidance
• Add-up the ensuing amounts
• Deliver a beautifully printed AF1 bill for submission to the LSC

iLaw GradFees 8.1 Main Features:

Payment Tracker: follow your claims, enter payment when it arrives, understand your write-off levels and maintain credit control over outstanding claims. The Payment Tracker works independently for all your Graduated and Litigator Fee claims.

Confiscation Hearings: Calculates the four sections of the POCA Confiscation Hearing claim and completes the form for printing and sending.

Grad Fees Section 5: Travel and Hotel expenses breakdown: collect these as you incur them and have all the detail to hand when you prepare your claim. This is the most requested feature from our current users and we are delighted to be able to provide it.

Grad Fees Section 6: Travel time to conference and Views: Collect this information as it all happens and have the detail to hand when you prepare your claim form. The natural accompaniment to the new section 5.
